I have to say this is one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. I ordered a locket for my daughter, completely my fault, I misspelled a word. They actually called me and asked me if I spelt it that way for a reason! This company went out of there way to make my locket perfect. Their care for their work and customers is beyond anything I have ever experienced with any other company. The locket arrived yesterday and it came out beautiful. I cannot wait to give it to my daughter for her birthday next week. Plus side of this website, I already have a shopping cart for wonderful personalized gifts for Christmas!

It was late Sunday night when I called, never expecting a human being to pick up the phone answer my questions and guide me as I place the order. Thank you for not putting in robots

These people over charge for everything, & if you want to return the item, they want to charge you 30% to take it back. Will never ever buy from these people again!!

Update 9/26/22 - I wanted to take this opportunity to correct my last review, at the time I had just received an incorrect order and it wasn't until I started to communicate with their customer service that I found how easy it was to communicate and resolve my disappointment with the order I received. Customer service made it easy to return my incorrect order postage paid in full by PicturesOnGold. They kept me informed every step of the way from when they received my return to when they shipped the corrected order. The whole return to receive process was quick, it took about 7 days total. I am now a very happy customer. I appreciate that they care enough to make things right. I do think they have a great selection of personalized products and I will use their service again. Previous review 9/1/22: I agree with the previous review saying their reviews on the site are fake. I had very bad service from them. Their jewelry is over priced and they claim you will get engraving for an extra $20 and they send your order without engraving many weeks later. Do not believe the claim to "Speedy Delivery" I ordered an photo locket bracelet and infant birthstone earrings. The earrings Have a very long post. I just cannot see them fitting an infant baby, but I am afraid to return for fear they will not return my money. The earrings also came in a generic jewelry box with no reference to them being 14kt gold. The jewelry box doesn't even say Pictures On Gold, it's just a blank box. I will never order from them and I advice you not to either if you are smart!

Horrible Experience: I was so happy to have found a place where I could purchase a graduation ring for my daughter who is graduating this year... From my busy schedule, I stopped everything that I had to do and gave 100% attention to what I wanted and purchased. I wanted a ring for a girl, with a thin band on the side (that is how is perceived on their website) and what I got in return was a ring with a thick band for men. I called and spoke with customer service and they asked me to send it back to fix it. I received a phone call back saying that it was the way I purchased it and they could not do anything. I asked for at least a discount and they granted me 15% off. A few days later, I received a call from Evelyn and she told me she made a mistake on the amount of the discount and they needed to collect from me $ 322. I explained to her that since paypal credit line was connected to my bank account, I could not accept a debit as I did not have that money on my account. She lied to me by saying that since they gave me the credit it was going to cancel out with the debit and at the end, I was going to get a credit on my account. Needless to say, I did not get the refund, but a debit to my bank account. Now, I am off $322 and a ring that I never liked. Be extremely carefull with this vendor, they are the worst, they lie while they tried to be nice. I did try to get the money back from them via PayPal but PayPal went ahead with their story (of course the vendor use them for this scam) and did not care about me, the customer, but that is another story. I just hope you read my post before giving any money to this scammer. BELIEVE ME when I say, it is better to pay a bit more money elsewhere than to have a horrible experience purchasing from them. And if you have a PayPal account, be extremely careful with whom you are doing business with.

Thieves and Abusive company and rude as could be rude Evilyn is a theif, liar and abuses her customers. She’s in management who would put somebody like that in that role she shouldn’t have a job the way she abuses. They talk down to you. The good reviews are fake they are a terrible company nobody knows what they are doing they yell at their customers and don’t want you to call when they haven’t even shipped your order in 2 months. They lie then they disconnect the phone on you and tell you not to call back when they took your money. Evilyn should be terminated. She yelled at us and treated us like garbage when they lied and didn’t send our product! Won’t buy from them again period! Don’t buy anything from these abusive thrieves!

My husband purchased me a charm for my birthday with my dad's picture, he passed 1 year ago. I have only had this charm for less than two months. The first charm received the bale was soldered off to the side that it didn't look at all sturdy. It was sent back within 1 week to be fixed. Now not even 2 months later the inside of the charm where my mom and dad's photo are has began to tarnish. We contacted the customer service email requesting a full refund! The response given is that we are outside of a 30 day return window. I reminded them that we have already returned once within the first week and are experiencing another issue!! I will be pressing this issue with the BBB and bank if the company doesn't willingly refund the order. Not at all paying for faulty products that is broadcasted as a lifetime guarantee on their website. I am highly disappointed with the quality of product and will see to it that my husband's money be returned for something I can't even enjoy having since my father's picture looks terrible on their supposedly great product!! Its clearly cheaply made and over priced. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This company is a joke. Don't waste your money. They claim products that last a life time but we received a product damaged that clearly wouldn't last one single wear and not a word back from them about fixing this. They pick and choose the reviews on their website so if you leave an honest review, they don't display it. Their products are extremely cheaply made.
