unbelievable! Its really amazing how the badge pendant turned out when I ordered. It was delivered fast and the details were really great. I'm a retired officer and I still want my badge to be with me at all times. It was really special to me and I am so happy of it! I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this company's great job!!

I was so excited about ordering this for my fiance and boy what a disaster did it turn out to be. I had to send the item back 3 times because of so many issues! the 1st time the photo was flipped and half my son's head was cut off so they resent me another one and the inscription was super small on the back and you couldn't read it. by time they sent me the 3rd one I just accepted it. I was hoping that at least you could tell who we were in the picture. The picture lacks the wow punch it's kinda blurry you can hardly tell what's going on compared to what they show you it's gonna look like. the quality of the picture imprint on the dog tag was nowhere near what they advertised. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I will not be ordered from here again I spent too much money to have a lackluster photo of my loved ones. Response to business Reply: 6/20/2024 -business finally responded after almost a year and a half. Why would I remove an honest review so consumers can be aware that there were major issues. makes no sense.

Ordered a personalized, engraved locket and the name was crooked. This explains why I got a shipping notice less than 2 hours after I ordered a detailed, engraved locket on 4 sides. It was very cheap looking which is shocking given the cost of the item. Pretty pathetic that they would ship out such a low quality product, and then not allow returns on customized jewelry. Total scam.

The lockets I got for my family was great. It actually exceeded my expectations since it isn't to pricey but the quality is superb! Will surely tell my friends and family about how amazing their stuff are!

My fur baby of 18 years just passed away from cancer. She lost her adopted sister, 19 years old, in 2014. I really wanted to have a special piece of jewelry to carry them with me. I ordered the dog tag with the heart and paid extra for a proof in order to confirm the appearance before approving and shipping. I placed the order very late at night, went to bed, and woke up the next morning saying my order had shipped. What?! I had received an email at nearly 3 am calling itself the “proof,” when all it was was the stock photo of the locket and the the two pictures I uploaded to be engraved in it. I received no proof of what the item would look like as my personalized order, or had the opportunity to approve or deny the “proof” before the email that it had shipped came in around 9 am that same morning. When I called, concerned they had shipped the item without sending me the proof to approve, I got the run around. Eventually, I received text messages asking me if I wanted my money back for the proof OR if I still wanted to see it, even though it was already shipped. I received the necklace yesterday and the picture engravings were nice, but the letter engravings on the front of the locket looked like someone was drunk when they carved them. Looked nothing like the stock photo letters. The “D” looks like an “O” and the “L” looks like they engraved it after taking a round of shots. I immediately called and reported my feelings on the issues and now, I’m just receiving emails telling me it’s been “escalated.” Yeah, the last time it was “escalated” was when Michelle texted me and told me they would only refund me for the proof or keep my money and send the proof the day before it was being delivered. I texted back about the lack of customer service and now they made an already difficult situation even more painful. I have no idea if this is going to be remedied or if I will need to report them to the BBB and be out over $130. Just shameful.

Absolutely gorgeous. I’m getting married this weekend. I had ordered similar for my bouquet but I was expected to get a photo into a little charm. Found this site over the weekend and the photo I uploaded of my parents was engraved into the charm itself. It will last forever. I’m sorry to see the bad reviews because my experience was most excellent. Fast shipping just as noted on site
