I only wish I would have read reviews before ordering… We ordered a class ring for my son last December to have for his last two years of high school. We ordered a solid gold ring. It was easy to design on their website and we were hopeful about the order. After spending several hundred dollars on this ring, we have had to send it back 3 times in just a few short months to be fixed. The craftsmanship is terrible - it’s cheaply made and the band already cracked. The black enamel around the symbols on the ring lasted all of 2 days - EVERY TIME they make a repair. We finally asked for a refund and we were refused that. The stone became loose in the ring just after getting it. It’s a terrible product and they should be ashamed of themselves for their poor craftsmanship. DO NOT ORDER from this company and buyer beware.

Do NOT order from this company! Paid for all the extras, more importantly to get a proof BEFORE the item was made/shipped. I actually did get the proof I paid for, but after selecting "Update to the Proof" and entering the updates I wanted, I didn't hear anything else from them. When I followed up to ask what the status was, the item was already shipped! Don't waste your money!!!

Ordered cremation lockets. They arrived unable to close. I was informed new ones would be sent and ship the others back in the enclosed envelope. It never came..called company, they said they have to see the lockets first.. informed them I was letting the bank.handle it..they asked me to.drop the dispute. 2 days later a pending deposit 107$ less was in my account for a melting fee..Stay away from this company as far as you can get

I bought a Christmas gift on November 15. I gave the gift on December 25. Unfortunately, the medallion was too small and I requested to return it. The company refused because it was over their 30-day return policy! My advice, is don't purchase a Christmas gift from this company if it might have to be returned unless you purchase it close to Christmas! I was concerned about mail delivery!

I have ordered three necklaces. With laser photos.Great service pictures came out unbelievable. PERFECT. Love this place!!! Delivery was prompt.

Got a locket, the photos inside of it were terrible quality, one had come loose during shipping (even though I paid extra for laser engraving directly onto the locket) and the exterior of the locket itself had scratches in it upon it arriving.

Just received my my girlfriend’s locket I’m giving her for Christmas with colored laser engraved photos & came out absolutely perfect! I am totally pumped to give it to her on Christmas morning. It also came with a cool display case thing which I've never seen before. Got delivered within days too!

I ordered a SPECIAL POLICE BADGE for my son’s graduation from the academy,,I was very nervous to order on line,, but I am BLOWN AWAY by it’s PERFECTION !! It is beyond my expectations,,I will forever be a customer!
