Unauthorized Charge on My CC
I was looking at potentially buying a locket from them, but didn’t proceed with the order. The item had been sitting in my cart since 12/9. Somehow the order got placed (without my consent) and they charged my card (again without my consent). I noticed the order email about 2.5 hours later and called them to notify them that I did not place the order and they claim that it was nothing they can do about it. This feels real scam like to me. Needless to say I have contacted my credit card company to dispute because I am not sure how they managed to just place the order using my card without my consent. I am going to report them to their payment processor if my credit card company isn’t able to resolve.

Hello, Aisha! Our company would never have access to a customer's information unless it is given to us over the phone/email. We have been in the business for 30 years and it is physically impossible for us to be able to manipulate your information as we do not have your details on hand. The name and numbers on the credit card is something we have access to remotely. Our integrity as a company is intact and we can 100% assure you that there is no way our website or company would defraud anyone by "charging a card remotely".
