PicturesOnGold.comReviews of picturesongold.com

Ordered a silver locket to remember my late mother and it arrived quickly and as pictured. The website was very easy to upload pictures and place my order. It shipped very fast and I was very pleased with it.

I rarely write reviews, but I was so blown away by the remarkable customer service picturesongold provided. They were attentive and the turnaround was FAST! Thank you again!!

It was very easy to order and it was completely priceless so much more than I even expected and the fact that u can feel fingerprints made it ever more special

Ordered a medal to be engraved for my God daughters Confirmation, the saint she picked was so rare, This is the only site I could find in the whole internet that sold such a nice one, I am in Ireland, it came in a week, engraving perfect, and the medal is just beautiful, and exactly as described and advertised. Thank You. I was actually a bit scared to purchase at first, after reading some negative reviews, I don't usually put up reviews, but thought I really had to given it was perfect.

I needed a unique military tag with slot of details. I placed the order an hour latter i realized i selected the wrong rank. I spoke to Customer serv rep. She contacted the craftsmen of the change. I received the wrong tag. I contacted cust serv Michelle. She sent me a link to send picture of what i received, and free postage for the return. Within a week i received a new correct tag. It was beautiful. We will definitely be back

I waited until 2016 to order dog metals and should have sooner.

relatively easy to understand....now when i get the gift...hopefully all was understood :)

Ordered a class ring from their classrings.com website because they claim most orders ship in one week or less. It has been over 2 weeks now and my ring will not make it on time for graduation. Stay clear of these liars. Requested a refund/cancellation. Still waiting for a response. 4/24 Per there recent response on this review, the lies continue. Nobody reached out on April 14. Last call I had with a representative on 4/22, we discussed cancellation. I still have not received confirmation of said cancellation. They also claimed I would be responsible for a 30% remelt fee for returning the ring. I did not return it… I never received it. I should not, and will not be responsible for your mistake. 4/24 call: “Your ring is ready for immediate shipment” I ALREADY TOLD YOU…CANCEL IT. REFUND MY MONEY! Crooks
