Ease of finding what I needed and check out was easy

My experience with the first order #432621 which was 2 silver Saint Christopher's necklaces with engraving on the back in Arabic. Unfortunately, the engraving was engraved backwards but otherwise the necklaces were beautiful. So I worked with Dinah who made sure the new order was done correctly- the second order was #437316 and I received it correctly engraved and it was a very fast turn around time. I then returned the first order back to her. Definitely, this company gave me excellent support as well as service. I plan to order more for all my cousins since my grandmother's last request before she died was that all her grandchildren would each have was Saint Christopher's necklace in silver with a message in Arabic engraved on the back exactly as hers was. She believed that these necklaces would protect us in our lives and by wearing them she'd be watching over us as our guardian Angel. I promised her I would make this possible. Thanks to Dinah she understood how important it was to me. Please let Dinah know I appreciate everything she went through to fix the problem. I'm definitely going to recommend to all my family and friends how wonderful this company has been to me. I am sending all my love to Dinah who did an excellent job as well as making sure it was perfect. She took time to listen to me and did everything possible to send me 2 new necklaces as soon as she could. For this, I am eternally grateful as well as thankful because she went out of her way to fix this problem and send it back to me very fast. Thank you Dinah. 🌹❤️🌹

It arrived later than expected

I am from Hong Kong and I purchased several products from the company before. However recently I tried to login to the site but it was blocked. Any chance your IT department could fix the issue (Cloudflare Ray ID: 7c9adc414f5f24c3)?

Very poorly made. Not worth what they are charging for the anklets. Received for Mother's Day and I'm thoroughly dissatisfied. I would not allow my husband to invest in such a flimsy lack luster item. We shall see how they treat the return. So upon returning the defective bent item the company had the audacity to say there is a 20% restocking fee to return and my husband was out of shipping cost to receive and to return item. He filed a dispute with credit card company and although tracking was provided and paid for through USPS for the returned item, the company told his credit card company they never received the item. The company's integrity is zero. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, especially from a company that boasts they been in business over 25 years.
