Got a necklace for my mom just in time for Mother’s Day was shipped next day air it looks good just wish I did my sizing better

Horrible customer service. They refused a refund after sending me a broken necklace after sending it back. I allowed them to try and fix the issue. They sent a replacement that was the complete opposite of what I ordered. It’s been two weeks, still no refund or correct order. It takes days to get a response from this company. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The website was very user friendly so placing the order was quick and painless. I took advantage of the $10 off promotion also. So it was a win win for me. Can't wait to get my earrings.

Great product selections, a little expensive after being charged for each add-on. Purchased a create your own locket with laser engraved pics, can't wait to see final product! Instructions were easy to follow, however for some reason after selecting the chain type I kept getting kicked out of the system, finally succeeded after the 3rd try.
