I recently made an order for a pendent/locket with my mother's picture in it and it was obviously delivered to the wrong mailbox (or stolen). I reached out to PicturesonGold customer service and they graciously sent me another pendent/locket within a week's time. I actually received it and am grateful for their willingness to send out a second order! Thank you PicturesonGold! I LOVE my pendent/locket:)

This company sucks, they send wrong product and will not respond so you can return. 1/21/2024 Even after they replied in this review, I have emailed them with no response, they have not responded to replace the damaged - incorrect product they sent me. Shameful and I would never buy products from them again. Buyer be ware

Order confirmed with tracking info saying package picked up in Linden NY. 5 days later tracking shows has not moved. Sent email and got reply with new tracking number and different carrier showing package delivered morning of 6th day to address in Texas. I am in Ohio. Called and provided all required info and received great lip service and a promise of a return call and resolution in hour since they knew item needed for 7th day after order. No return call, text nor email. Called again 2 hours later. Repeat of above. Called again 3 hours later. Repeat of above. All said they are so sorry and need to talk to shipping to see what happened. Asked for replacement to be shipped. They said it doesnt work that way. Truth is it doesnt work AT ALL. Unless this is the only place on earth thst has what you want, shop elsewhere. Aggravation and disappointment definitely not worth it.

uys! I couldn’t leave a review on Etsy because I did a personalized order separate and they put the order in for me! The order was supposed to be ready for Nov 4 because it was my sisters and fiancés police graduation which was a huge deal. It was in Canada which I was flying out from California to attend. I triple went over the order with them to make sure it was correct. The order arrived and it was incorrect. They had to remake the order which now wouldn’t be ready to give to my sister and fiancé at their graduation which was devastating. Now I went there empty handed and came back to California to have received only 1 out of 2 orders. They forgot the other order. I didn’t get the order til days later. I then went to ask for some sort of compensation as I have to pay over $120 in shipping to Canada which is almost what the order cost me. I was offered 15% refund and shipping label to Canada. I thought that was an absolute joke. Now it’s Nov 17th I haven’t received any refund or shipping labels. All I get is “the team will review and get back to me”. At this point I said I will send the order back and get a full refund as what’s the point so far from the graduation now!! Be so careful when you order or just don’t!!! Edit: they have said they have reached out and yes they did but they told me wait until their business hours to hear an update with what they’ll do on the 18th and it’s the 21st. You’d think I’d be a priority before the holidays.

I bought a locket for my friends 18th birthday, the locket shipped quickly and was beautiful my friend loved it, after 2 months the locket broke so I sent it back to be fixed, the company kept the locket for about 4 months and were answering all my questions but after those 4 months they sent it back still broken

I purchased a necklace with a pendant and memory of my mom and daughter. My mom passed almost 20 years ago and my daughter recently passed away about eight months ago so I thought it would be nice to get a locket made with the necklace at first it was OK, now my pictures are starting to fade off. I did the laser engraving so there should be no way that after not even a year pictures are starting to come off. Yes, I do bathe with it, but I was told that it was waterproof. Not sure what’s going on with this, but I’m definitely. Also, I spent a lot of money on this necklace and locket too much money for the pictures to be fading. Already within 2 1/2 months of me having it I have already reached out to picture on gold via email to see what could be done to resolve this issue

While the concept is great to memorialize a loved one that has passed away, I was truly disappointed at the quality of the pendants that I received. The website markets it as sterling silver, however there is no "925" stamp on the piece, and it sounds like a game token if dropped on the table. Certainly not happy and not planning to reorder again :-(

This is my second order, the first one a few years ago was great and I was proud to wear it and didn't take it off for 3 years. Today's order was extremely disappointing, it looked like a crumpled piece of tinfoil. I had to take a picture of it and enlarge to see it. This badge was to honor my dad, sadly it will never be worn.
