Wont refund my $404.90!! Horrible product! The locket is flimsy, one photo was broken, I called immediately, and said I didnt want it any more. The locket isnt even worth $20, any jeweler would laugh at it!! I mailed it back, and wasnt able to give it to my sister as a Christmas gift!! Since Dec 12, 2023 I hacve been trying to get my refund to NO AVAIL!! I mailed it back, and sent the tracking information! They called once a few weeks ago, and since then nothing! They do not respond to emails, when you call, many times no one picks up!! This is a scam and its amazing that the police has not intervened! Eventually it will catch up with them! Forget the reviews on their website, go on Yelp and BBB and see the crazy negative reviews!! Sadly I missed thse.

Approaching a month and still no refund. Please look at the very real email exchange between myself and one of the representatives at pictures of Gold. They are deliberately delaying my refund and I want you to be warned before doing business with these shady folks. Their products are of the utmost low quality and they should be promptly out of of business for selling the trash sold. Pure false advertisement. Items returned on 12/30/23 and still no update. Just a bunch of BS. You will have to get your bank involved for a refund. They say refunds, but that is the biggest lie! Update: I have received emails from trust pilot to verify that I was an actual customer. I was an actual customer and my order number is: 1012501. I wish I could upload pictures to prove how dishonest this company is. Wish I could give -10 stars!

I bought a 1” solid sterling, silver locket dog foot on front and laser picture of two dogs. It was 100% what I expected with the neck chain. But I was hoping to get us display box but I still presented it to my daughter who lost her dog and we lost a family member, I do appreciate the way we received it in the mail and I thank you very much for our heart on a chain. The box it came was very nice in a blue bag. But over all my daughter cried and so did we. 15 years of pure love.

I ordered a photo pendant in white gold. The pendant came and it had gumball machine quality. The photo and the pendant was lackluster at best and not worth the money. The pendant was literally paper thin and should have had some weight for that price. I requested a refund. I was told that i would get a full refund and did not. I would not recommend this to anyone. Go to a legitimate jeweler or jeweler store. Save yourself the time and headache.

Order on 12/15 and receive on 12/18. I ordered 2 lockets for my mother and aunt. The quality of this jewelry is not what I expected. Very cheaply made. I have been going back and forth with customer service about my order. One of the lockets turned black after a couple of weeks and I was sent another one and it was already turning black upon arrival which is unacceptable. Talking to customer service is a complete waste of time. Now I am being told that I will need to send the 2 defective items back before they can do anything else. I have to reach out to customer service due to it taking days to reach back out to me. I am now waiting to see if they will send a FedEx label to return the 2 lockets that turned black. This is by far the worst experience ever and I will never order from this company again. Update 02/07/2024 This by far has been the worst experience ever. I’m still waiting for a refund after I used my own money to ship the low quality jewelry back. There is never a manager available and now they are telling me that the are short staff and that’s what’s causing the delay. I’m surprised this business is still open with all these shady practices. I have been going back and forth with this company since December and I’m still waiting on a refund. I may just file a dispute with my bank because this is unacceptable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I paid over 500.00 for a necklace for my son that broke the very first day he wore it. I have called and do not get an answer. I did finally get a response from them by email and they want to exchange. I do not want an exchange as this product is very cheap and is in no way 14k gold and worth the money I paid. I just want a refund and now they won’t answer my emails. I think they try to delay and avoid you until you give up. It’s so frustrating as this was a Christmas present for my son and I just want my money back so that I can buy him a quality chain! I am not going to give up and will post what my final outcome is. In the meantime, shop elsewhere!! EDIT: Moments after writing this, I received and email from them stating that I can get a refund. Will ship back to them tomorrow and update here once refunded.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a daisy locket for my mother in law for christmas. It arrived damaged, and incredibly cheap- looks nothing like the photo on the website. Also, it's not truly engraved - it's a cheap laser print job. Im' now fighting with the company to return it. They want me to pay to ship it back myself, and to charge me a 20% "re-melting fee" (umm, it's not real gold, people). Anyway- their supreme lack of quality coupled with terrible customer service is a big NO for me. Order elsewhere if you care about these things. Update: I called several times today during business hours. I was first told "Management is in a meeting, someone will call you." - No one called me. I later tried to call "Erica" as directed by the business' response on this review. I was told that she was unavailable. At this point I'm convinced that the company wants to make it so, so hard to return anything that the customer, wildly frustrated, just gives up and lets the company keep their money. Truly a 5 star customer experience LOL.
