prior to this five star, i had rated this company 1 star for the customer service i received for a locket i ordered my mother three months ago. upon uploading this review, one of the owners reached out to me and spoke with my directly rather than a representative that handled my issue completely wrong. erica spoke with me, listened and understood the problem with the locket, and fixed it within a matter of a few kind and caring moments. i’d like to say thank you and how much i appreciate being given the opportunity to speak with someone who knew what they were doing.

I purchased this as a keepsake gift for my grand daughter. It was not cheap. The two engraved photos on metal were very nice. Sadly, the construction of this product appears to be low quality. The item arrived broken. One of the photos had fallen out of the locket. I contacted customer service and they offered to repair it. The problem I had was they wouldn't tell me how. The photo appears to have been hot glued into the locket and that meant it would fall and fall out again in the future. The engravings are very small and could easily get lost and at $50 each, that is not acceptable. They offered $25 credit. That wasn't enough. I contested the charges with my credit card, however I was unable to get the final repair done from my jeweler in time to prove the repair cost. It cost me over $50 to get it properly mounted so that it won't fall out - and of course that voids their 'warranty'. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. NOTE: They did NOT offer a full refund as it was custom made. They did NOT offer to remake it. They offered $25 refund and to fix it. However since they wouldn't describe their fix, I declined it as lifetime means nothing 50 years from now when they are out of business. EDIT2: They reached out to me in Jun 2024 and said I was assisted and the refund issued. I asked when that happened. The date they gave me for the sale was almost a year after I made the purchase and they claimed they refunded the purchase to my PayPal account (which I didn't use to make the purchase). When I showed them my PP statement for the period they claimed they made the refund I never heard from them again. They can't even keep track of who made purchases and where they made them.

I PURCHASED TWO NECKLACES AND RETURNED THEM BECAUSE THEY DID NOT LOOK AT ALL LIKE THEIR ADVERTISED PICTURE..THEY WERE REALLY SMALL AND CHEAP.I ORDERED THIS BY PHONE AND CANCELLED BY PHONE..NO ONE EVER TOLD ME ABOUT A RETURN FEE..NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME 221.07 TO PAY FOR A BAD PRODUCT..NOT MY FAULT.BEWARE! I NEVER RESEARCHED THIS COMPANY. BIG MISTAKE..I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF PAYING TO RETURN ..

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased 2 pendants. When they arrived they were not at all what I ordered. They had me take pictures of what I received and email to them. I wanted to return but did allow them the chance to send me new ones. When those came in they too were incorrect. I called and wanted to return. They wanted me to take pictures again!!! Then they would decide. If I return they are going to charge 20%!!! I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life! Now have i ever had to take pictures and email into any company I’ve purchased from before. They are a SCAM!!! Do NOT buy from them

Purchased a bezel photo charm from them for my sons birthday. There were two choices in size, a nickel size 3/4x3/4 and a quarter size 1x1. I bought the nickel size. However, when I received the charm it was a little smaller than the size of a dime. I had purchased a rope photo pendant before from which measurements where listed as the size of a half dollar and it came exactly as that size. When I got with customer care about the sizing of the charm they sent, they stated the nickel size measurement was with the bail included. When I told them that this was not the case according to their website and provided them pictures of their website description for both charms (new and old) and their website and my ruler measurement, they still claimed the measurements are with the bail. They literally have pictures of the different size pendants next to each sized coin as with a ruler stating the size without the size of the bail. Very manipulative and extremely deceptive. If you are marketing something as a certain size and that is what I am paying for, it needs to be that size. Please beware of this company and their bad business practices. Definitely reported them to the BBB. Not to mention them consistently saying their products are a percentage off on every holiday and the pricing hasn’t changed in years. From their reply below, this should let you further know about this company. I ordered the size of a nickel as stated on their website, they gave me a little smaller than a dime. Like other reviews, than they try to upsell you and try to get you to pay more money.

I just purchased two keys chains one for my son who is a First time Father's Day and one for my husband somehow there was a mistake made.with the engraving on back. I was very upset so I decided to call PicturesonGold Co. I glad i did the were more than happy to listen and hear me !! TheyReally came thru for me they not only understood and replaced,they were very kind and understanding. IIm planning to buy a locket shortly and I would go no other place but PicturesonGold. !!!

This company was a pleasure to work with. I had a specific request on a medal that they did for me. When I had a problem they were quick to resolve it and even sent a prepaid label!!! The finished product was perfect! I will not hesitate to use them again!
