Customer service always wants to call you back and you "won't lose your place in line" but they never call back........ This has happened 2x now.

They advertise one thing but won’t deliver because they have rewritten the prescription. Customer Care agent could not have cared less which I did not appreciate after a 29 minute wait. Do not use.

I know everyone says it, but If I could take away stars that other people have given them I would. This is nothing more than a complete joke. No, jokes are funny, this is not. This is without a doubt the WORST pharmacy I've ever had to use in my life. I have no choice because my insurance company requires me to use it. That should be illegal! Right now, I'm trying to get my insurance approved. Mind you, we've been forced to use Amazon for 2 years now, and nothing has changed, except the calendar says 2025 now. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes on CHAT. Forget about talking to a real person and hearing a real voice, you'd better be a fast typist to get service from Amazon. My wife takes a very expensive medication for her diabetes. Back in September 2024, I tried to renew it. Amazon says it couldn't be refilled until Dec 21. I thought, "ok". About the 26th or so of December I went back to refill it. It then said I couldn't refill it until Jan 7 2025. The prescription expired on Dec 31. I called her doctor and asked for a new prescription to be send to Amazon. Now they say it has to be authorized by the insurance again. We spent the majority of last year waiting and watching for the very same medication to be in stock. Amazon is no surprise folks. They're in it for the money and they don't give a rat turd about your health and well being. If you don't have to use it, DON'T.

prescription has been under review for 6 days and no update and impossible to get help. Cannot even transfer my prescription to Duane Reade.

They start out okay. It’s nice to get medication delivered. But then they get slower and slower. They lose prescriptions (sent electronically) and no one will ever help. Can’t reach on phones and chats just get transferred over and over and over again. Take my advice. Avoid these people and save a lot of time, not to mention stress.

Check where your Amazon Pharmacy prescription is coming from! My bp medicine was substantially cheaper on Amazon pharmacy, so i thought I'd give it a try. The meds amazon sent me were from Epic Pharma, which is owned by Humanwell, a company in Wuhan, China. The medicine is nothing like the real thing. I had the worst chest pain EVER after taking it and my bp went up to stroke level. No refunds, no accountability. Be careful!

Amazon pharmacy is convenient if you don't need you Rx in a hurry, but if you want it in less than a week, forget it! Also, don't try to transfer it to a local pharmacy, they don't return calls to pharmacists and make you wait on hold for extremely long times. And to top it off, their prices are the same as other stores. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere local.

worst experience ever. I had 2 scripts for blood pressure medication. One was delayed then 5 days later cancelled the second was just delayed and amazon has no idea when ill receive it. Please for your health use a real pharmacy. this is a joke
