We had to wait 8 days from day ordered to get my Lantus. I had to go 4 days without this necessary medicine. I could orded tissues on Amazon and it would arrive next day. There's no excuse! If this happens again we will be forced to get a local pharmacy. My husband can not afford to go without this critical med.

Amazon displays an average cost per month on medications but will not tell you the cost unless you transfer the prescription AND THEN YOU GET THE ACTUAL COST. Mine was 5 times the amount. Its a SCAM. Do not trust the pharmacy ! Stay away.

I am unable to sign in on Amazon Pharmacy. I have been speaking to Cheryl W for an hour and 20 minutes and she still does not know why I cant sign in. I am getting an error message saying that my mobile phone number is already registered. She had me try over and over again with same result. I asked if she could open a ticket and get back to me. She said no we just needed to wait for her to get someone to reply to her with suggestions on what to do. I hope the call was recorded. After an hour and 20 minutes I told her that I did not want to wait any longer. She told me to try again in a few days and call Amazon retail if it still is not working. Imagine that! She did not want to give me her last name. Thanks Cheryl W! This is not acceptable. I have had a Pillpack account for years with no issues. Why would I want to do business with, and trust a company with my medication when they cant even help me get logged in. Unbelievable Jan Frick

Amazon Pharmacy’s delivery priorities and long processing times are highly unreliable for critical care. Non-urgent items arrive rapidly within 30 minutes, yet essential, time-sensitive medications are often delayed until the next evening. Furthermore, the prescription transfer process is incredibly slow, frequently taking up to 4 days after an initial 24-hour hold. I cannot recommend this service for anyone managing urgent health conditions.

This platform is a sham. They cannot actually fill medications. There is zero customer service available. If you actually need a certain medication, do not bring it here.

Unfortunately like others, I got 'scammed' by their deception of offering you the 'non-insurance' price that isn't a full prescription. My non-controlled substance Rx is for 90 days. It's for something regularly sold out, and when I saw they had it available, I opted to get it versus waiting another month for my insurance to cover it, because by then, who knows, it could be sold out again. My normal supply is for 84 days; they sent me 1/3 of that at the same price insurance charges. So it all looked the same. In my confirmation email, it never shows that. So if you don't catch it on the actual check-out, you wouldn't notice it until it's too late. It's incredibly deceptive. Of course, customer service will do nothing any per policy, won't accept returns/refunds.

WRETCHED!!!! The worst pharmacy experience of my life. Amazon pharmacy should be shut down. They received my prescription and did nothing with it for 5 days until I reached out to them. Then, they lied and told me they submitted a vacation override but they did not. Then, they tried to hide the fact that they did not submit the vacation override by lying to me again. Then, they demanded to know where I was going on vacation before they would submit the vacation override saying it was required! Well, Ash, the snippy-ass pharmacy tech (such a delight), it was not required. I was lied to again. Ash's superviser confirmed that my vacation location was not required. Ash was just being an ass. Run, do not walk, away. Go anywhere else.

I hate their delivery partnership with UPS, you dont know where your medication will be delivered, it might be a CVS drugstore and you have to pick it up. It's horrible.
