Horrible service
Horrible service. Don't recommend. I'm ready to transfer all prescriptions back to Walmart.

Not ready for Prime time. The only way you get there is using a URL, no links in your regular Amazon, no app. Once you manage to get to Amazon Pharmacy none of the “blue links” actually work…push them and nothing. If you try to go in and change anything, like your insurance, nothing happens…no way to save. Finally found a phone number called and got insurance straightened out, but there was a $3.00 copay for what should be no copay, so all of this will get transferred to Scripts once I get the prescriptions and RX numbers to transfer. Amazon needs to get out of pharmacy business if this is the best they can do.

I haven't even tried to use them because I feel they are a half way service and these days people want all in or get out type service. If you can't prescribe proper pain medication ie: controlled substances, your not a medical service provider your just a home healer.

As the title says, it was quicker to get my medication somewhere else while they lost my order. Don't rely on them. Too bad I can't get a refund for the one medical fee. I like Amazon for shopping, but anything medical from them is a huge NO.

I tried to get a prescription transferred from walgreens. Amazon would NOT call them, only transfer by fax. Or I could contact my dr and have them send it to amazon. You can't pick up a phone? Pitiful service. Not worth the hassle. I actually have a job in customer service. Doesn't take a lot of time or effort if you want to provide for your customer.

Don't do it. I have been without a needed medication for two months. They continuously charge my insurance company for medication I did not order, and they never sent. They advised me to order again, as it stated it could be delivered "Tomorrow if ordered in 6hr and 21min", but upon ordering they changed the date to over a week away.

My insurance carrier changed from CVS Caremark to Amazon. I agree with the other commentators: 1) I wanted to love Amazon Pharmacy 2) POOR customer support. If/when there is a problem with a Rx, Amazon's sole response is "have your doctor sent it again -- better yet call it in." The agent on the phone knew nothing and rambled. Is he getting paid by the word? There's no means in the Amazon Pharmacy to leave a note on your account. Amazon sent me a text stating that it had received the Rx but now Amazon has no knowledge of it. Ridiculous.

Amazon Pharmacy is the least customer friendly pharmacy I’ve used in 50 years! I’ve had my doctor send in the prescriptions twice and they still don’t get them. The one they just happened to get they won’t transfer to another pharmacy. They won’t contact the provider to check on it themselves. They need to go back to delivering books! A bunch of noobs that don’t know what customer service is.
