Do they have negative stars? Maybe perhaps 1 million? They frequently lose my prescriptions forcing my provider to resubmit them. By the way my provider is One Medical also owned by Amazon. There is no efficiency between the two groups. On a recent prescription when I asked why Amazon was trying to renew it again, when my doctor just did a 6 months renewal, two months ago. They said "Oh you don't want the prescription, I will cancel it." Then "How can I be of further help?" They are literally the worst.

They are horrible! My medication is just sitting in the warehouse and it needs to be refrigerated. They said they tried to at temp to deliver to my house . Checked my cameras no one was there. It got shipped back and never left again. Medication should be first priority. Horrible horrible horrible.

Placed my first order with Amazon Pharmacy. Purchased many items from Amazon over the years, so felt like i could trust them with my medications. Boy was I in for a rude awakening. The prescription was for a 90 day supply. Slightly less than other pharmacies, so seemed like a great deal. Imagine my shock to find when I received the order that it was only 30 days, making it 230% more expensive than Walgreens or CVS. What's more, it was the generic and was more expensive than the brand name. Spoke to customer service and was told (nicely); sorry Charlie, to bad so sad. So burn me once, shame on Amazon Pharmacy. Burn me again and I would be stupid to order anything from them again. I closed the account. One and done

Multiple prescriptions have been delayed. One was lost in transit, and I wanted to file a claim so Amazon could do an internal investigation and attempt to find it. You can't use claims dot Amazon dot com because it's a prescription order. I was told by the pharmacy that I needed to reach out to Amazon Logistics because they are the shipping carrier. I contact them, and they tell me they cannot pull up the tracking because it's a pharmacy order and that I need to go through the pharmacy. So I was going in circles. The package still says "delayed" and shows up on my orders on the pharmacy homepage. I was told this will stay like that for 2 years due to pharmacy laws. That makes no sense to me. It was determined to be lost forever and I was refunded, but I have to see "delayed" show up on my homepage for 2 years?! Then, I order more after my doctor allowed more refills due to the situation. Now that one is delayed because "front door / driveway not accessible." I was home at the time they marked it that, and nothing was in the way at all. Customer service chat doesn't seem like real people even though they say they are. Their responses often don't actually answer your question.

Maximum medicines are ordered by senior citizens. Pharmacy app very poorly designed. Not easy for old people to follow. Doctor consultation call never comes but they msg. You that you did not pickup the call. Very frustrating. Moreover can't understand a word of the doctor. One it seems is calling from very far in feeble voice and southern accent which as northindians is difficult to understand. Bad experience. Shall never order again. You lost good customer.

I only chose 1 star so I can leave a review. Do not use Amazon pharmacy!!!! Make sure you know your patient rights for your state and insurance patient rights for your state. They absolutely can refund money faster and delete your insurance information and account information for you. Through the app chat option or by phone ask for a supervisor from the start of the conversation. You can also ask if you need to contact a lawyer depending on how the situation is being handled. This treatment is unacceptable and they know it. Depending on the medication it's definitely an awful and emergency situation if you cannot miss a dose. Always contact your doctor and health insurance immediately if you are going to miss a dose.

Avoid Amazon Pharmacy at All Costs - Incompetent and Frustrating! I have never dealt with such a disorganized and inefficient pharmacy service in my life. Amazon Pharmacy completely failed to handle my prescription transfers, claiming that my previous pharmacy never responded—even though I personally confirmed that they did! To make matters worse, they outright denied ever receiving new medication prescriptions directly from my prescriber. I am now left in limbo with all my prescriptions lost in their inept system, forcing me to go back to my doctor’s office, explain the mess Amazon Pharmacy created, and have all my prescriptions sent back to my previous pharmacy. The amount of stress and frustration this has caused is beyond ridiculous. Their customer service is useless, and I honestly don’t think they have a clue what they are doing. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Save yourself the headache and stick with a reliable pharmacy

This experience was so bad that I'm changing companies. I worry that they'll make it difficult to do so by getting further revenge by dragging their feet in releasing my information to a new pharmacy. Beyond simply refusing to fill one of my prescriptions any longer. I'm relieved because I don't like supporting them anyway. And guess what the clincher was during my chat with 'Helen' that resulted in them refusing to ever fill a prescription for a certain drug? When I said that I would rate their phar I began using Amazon pharmacy last year because of the closing of all the Rite-Aid stores in Michigan. I go between two locations and one is rural but had a rite- aid so it was convenient for me. In the beginning Amazon was fine. But my latest experience was so bad that I'm going to find a different mail order pharmacy. Here is what happened. I am 67 and I take a drug I'll call M. Under the Part D plan they at first didn't cover it. I should have fought but I got busy. I've problems with coverage before. But about a month and a half ago I placed a single phone call and received coverage the same day. Last month since Amazon hasn't yet received my insurance information for that drug I paid $50 using their version of Goodrx. A few days ago I was about to run out and Amazon still hadn't processed my coverage. It should have been 0.00 copay. Yesterday I finally saw the 0 amount but they couldn't get it to me until next Tuesday. 5 days from now. I'm a Prime member and they quote 1-4 days. So I became extremely annoyed. I need this drug for narcolepsy. I get sleep attacks which can occur anywhere and I risk falling out of a chair etc. So I chatted with someone named Helen. I was angry. And became even angrier. There was no excuse that it has been over a month for them to register my Part D insurance covering that drug. And I would have had to go without the drug for 6 days. Amazon can deliver a pair of socks overnight to me and they can't deliver my medication. It wasn't a new prescription. It was a refill. They stuck with the delivery date. When I first got coverage I talked to a live person who said it would only take a week for insurance to show up. So I walked to my local Kroger's where I had never had a prescription filled before. Never. They were amazing. The number Amazon had given me was incorrect so the pharmacist said " I googled it. I was in hold but got through" I gave him the bottle at 1:00pm. It was ready by that evening at 7:00 pm. I only take the drug in the morning and never past noon I was extremely impressed. This morning I read a text from Amazon which was appalling. The were notifying me that they will no longer fill my prescription for M. Period. This is so outrageous I can't believe it. It's retribution. Revenge. Because I complained. In a chat. I couldn't believe that they couldn't deliver the drug to me sooner. This is Amazon. And I'm in a large Metro area right now. Amazon trucks come down my street multiple times a day. But I can't fill my prescription for one drug at Amazon anymore. So I am going to find another pharmacy. For all of my drugs. No more Amazon ever again. Saying they won't fill my prescription because I complained? Helen must be one vindictive woman. Perhaps because I said I'd review Amazon and mention her name. I don't know if that's her real name. She could actually be a real person named Albert or Ravi. Odds are that he/she is not even sitting in this country. Ironically my Part D coverage is Wellcare. One of only two companies that covered my orphan drug Xyrem. All other companies charge $150,000 per year. Wellcare is Express Scripts. Express Scripts handles my Xyrem. Shipped by Fed Ex overnight each month. Never a problem. Good pharmacists. So I guess I'll try them. It would not have taken a month or more for them to figure out my coverage do ya think? Wellcare has been okay. Better than CVS caremark, my husband's company used. So the decision is easy. A happy ending after all. So my complaint and their revenge served a useful purpose in that it inspired me to make a change. And since Wellcare is Express Scripts it won't matter if Amazon drags their feet on transferring the other five medications to Express Scripts. Which I'm certain that they are fully intending to do. I like happy endings, don't you? It took me exactly 20 minutes to get my information transferred to express scripts. They were thorough too. It took Amazon forever to get my information in the beginning. 20 minutes. For at least 5 or 6 drugs. There were 9 but there were ones I don't take. It was as seamless as it should have been. I have the entire transcript of my chat. I also have their notice that they are no longer capable of filling the exact generic drug I needed. Oh you know some supply thingy or other. So sorry. Do you think all patients are getting the identical text about the supply. Or was it targeted at me only?
