Amazon pharmacy is sending a gel instead of cream. Price difference is $200. There was a 30 min window before it changed from placed order to shipped and never provided the option to cancel. Also customer service doesnt open to 8am according to their website, but apparently I could have contacted them through the help portal and by phone at 3am to cancel. Yet i have documentation to show i requested via message to cancel at 2:39am as soon as i got the email. Misinformation, rude, and refuses to make the change. Never again

Amazon pharmacy wasted my whole day. They advertise on the site 30day supply of Auvelity (the 30 day prescription is 60 pills a day, standard dosage) for $601. We have issues all day, talk to 3 people, chat wouldn't answer questions of pricing without the prescription. So, they for uninsured pricing were more expensive than CVS. I even sent a screenshot showing my page says 30 day supply, nothing about the number of pills. Such a waste of time. I'll never try them again.

I've been an Amazon pharmacy member for about five months, when I joined Amazon One Medical. I really wish I could recommend them, but they're slow, unresponsive, and disconnected. They don't reach out to the customer to identify and address any problems with your prescription. My prescription had a typo that caused the order to be in the "pharmacist review" for over ten days—likely to infinity—and they never reached out to let me know there was a problem - only when I called did I learn of the problem. Their customer service person was great, however. They also don't make it easy to leave feedback for improvement. I'll be switching back to my old pharmacy.

My medication is prescribed for 60 mg every day. The medication itself does not come in a 60 mg capsule. The medication is prescribed by my doctor in two prescriptions, a 20 mg prescription and a 40 mg prescription. Amazon has filled the 20 mg prescription on a regular basis but refuses to fill the 40 mg prescription. Somehow they seem to think it’s two of the same prescription so I currently get the 20 mg from Amazon and the 40 mg from my local drugstore. Secondly, I have a three month prescription for nasal Flonase. For some reason they fill it every damn month. This whole operation is a train wreck. I’m in the process of removing all my prescriptions and suggest that you run not walk to your nearest pharmacy to set up fulfillment. And, what the hell does pharmacist review mean? I’ve had these prescriptions for years and they put them on hold for a pharmacist review? Shame on Blue Shield for changing from CVS Caremark to Amazon pharmacy it’s been a disaster!

I transfered my prescription to Amazon pharmacy. They sent me a message about it being in clinical safety review. I wait 3 days and I check to see why it's taking so long. I'm told that there's a problem with my prescription and I need to call the Dr. I should at least have gotten a notification that there was a problem with my prescription. It was also difficultto figure out how to talk to a real person. I can't imagine how long it would have taken to find out. I won't be using this app anymore.

Rude and manners less staff of Amazon Pharmacy need a training on how to speak with customer. They called themselves doctors but sorry to say that the language they use sounds like local guns.. Stop this service if you don’t have educated people…..

Amazon pharmacy did not send my receipt with my prescription. I need this for taxes. I called them and they said that's just their policy. Really? Who does that?

Warning warning.... Don't used. Worst experience. A delayed prescription refill due to a supply issue like always, lasting nearly a month without notification. I`m tired to hear that, plus I run out of medication. Transferring my prescription to a different pharmacy a local one, a new issue, insurance was charged by Amazon Pharmacy and my prescription was denied. I would not recommend to used amazon pharmacy, are to many issue.
