Item ordered was not in stock and I was asked to wait and hopefully the order couod be filled... bad customer service. To begin with if you do not have the item avail for purchase do not list it as so. If you dont have a estimated time you can fill the order dont ask to hold my money!!!!!!!!!! Period!!!

@petzone Still haven’t received my package after I paid for 2 shipping methods didn’t get a refund for paying for the ups shipping method, I feel disrespected and puzzled.....

Mikael, we had invoiced you last month and have awaited for the payment. We have yet to receive it and the order won't be fulfilled until this is completed. USPS doesn't work for livestock as it takes 3-5 business days for delivery, which we brought up to your attention. Please advise.

All otos arrived alive and healthy. Based on what I’ve read about most otos dying off within the first week, or even first day or two, I was delighted to find that they are all still alive one week later. Would recommend.
