Expect delays in a response but do know we will are not intentionally ignoring any messages (just a bit delayed due to the high volume more than we can normally handle during this time). Thanks! Heatpacks are always used when we ship during the colder months (we wrap the heatpack as it indeed does "cook" the fish when it direct contact with any fish bags during transit. Before shipping, we fast all livestock for at least 1-2 days to prevent waste buildup.

Garrett. we apologize about the delay. We want to give a heads up that at this moment, it is taking us a couple days longer to get back to emails or messages during this uncertain time. This business is our passion and livelihood and it's not in our interest to rip anyone off, we can assure you this Please bear with us as we work are working with majorly reduced team members & operating hours these last 2-3 weeks and are adjusting to the new environment. There's close to 100 boxes we are packing and shipping daily and the influx of emails are something we're doing our best to get back to as quick as we can.
