Nina, thanks for your feedback. Your previous emails and phone calls stated that 3 out of the 5 fish were DOA and they were immediately credited accordingly per our DOA policy (www.petzonesd.com/terms-conditions). This is slander/libel as it did not come entirely DOA. We mentioned that the TC cup would be replaced (the pics did not show mold and we looked at our current stock and they have the same appearance on the bottom as with most TC cups) out of goodwill as we are more than happy to accomodate. The other plant was also credit per our policy (though not DOA, it was not up to standard). We would never intentionally send out 'crap' to anyone as this business is part of our hobby and passion and also the livelihood of our entire team. Thanks and be safe and healthy.
