Everyone has arrived alive! I will issue a word of caution though. I don't consider it seller's responsibility, rather it's buyer responsibility. They shipped with a heat pack, but it was pretty well petered out and they were pretty cool when they arrived. Basically, I'm saying to know your weather conditions when you order fish. Lows in the 20s is just not a good time to have fish shipped across the country. If you do anyway and they don't make it, it's on you. I should have paid attention. That said, everyone seems fine but the catfish. They're all actively exploring and have already taken a bit of food. Also, it was an extra week until they shipped, but the website does say to expect delays.

all in all im very happy the fish i got were healthy and as good or better then expected even with the pandemic going on shipping wazs quick service has been plesant to deal; with had a couple quircks with shipping bit so far they have been willing to do whats needed to resolve them they were minor issues to begin with i cant complain and will do more shopping wth them

only because i ordered a pom pom crab and it turns out it was actually out of stock, and you guys messed up an order that i though would be amazing because when i added stuff to the cart, it said it was free. so i did a cool order just to get refunded :/ :D but its all good because you sell half banded spiny eels

This big fella ( and I do mean big) came on time, happy and healthy. So far he gets along with his new tank mates.

I have ordered from them on multiple occasions. Everytime, their communication is great and their fish are well packaged and arrive healthy and thriving. Highly recommend!!
