They all came in alive and healthy, and now a week later are all happy, eating, and getting skiing with the rest of their tank mates!

Excellent service and no complications!

Bought a LED aquarium light from them online, never got a shipping notification after weeks. Emailed them multiple times and no response. Update - They responded to me here asking me to email them and I did. They still are unable to reply with any updates on my purchase. Maybe a good store to visit in person, but pretty disappointing online experience; I would avoid shopping here.

The reason for the 3 stars is because before the fish got shipped I asked for information about the species of fish, they got back to me saying they’ll find out and get back with the information, which never happened and just shipped the fish out. Also the fish is decently bigger than the picture advertised just a heads up if you’re looking for a smaller one. After all I love the fish , and might also order more in the future. they shipped alive and look healthy.

I am fairly experienced with ordering fish online, but I've never ordered from Pet Zone Tropical before. After doing a bit of research I thought to give them a try and ordered a pair of Figure 8 puffer fish. The packaging was great and the included heat pack was still warm. I know that puffer fish can be particularly aggressive towards each other so I was grateful to find that they were packaged separately and were both alive. After acclimating them, I introduced them to their new home. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that one of them had a wound and was missing a dorsal fin. I'm disappointed to have received a fish in this condition and only time will tell if the fish will ultimately survive.

Excellent customer service

The website doesn't always reflect what's in stock and what's not so one of the fish from my order(the only reason I placed the order to begin with) is out of stock. Waiting until next week now to call back and see if my fish is in. If I can get my fish within the next 2 weeks I'll give a 5 start rating. That's my only complaint. One of the fish I really wanted last time was out of stock too but I didn't find out until I got my order and there was fishing missing and "refund" wrote next to it on the invoice. Other than that this is one of the best places to order from. Hopefully I can get my fish
