Great site. Lots of options. Easy ordering. This was my 2nd purchase.

Placed an order for fish and snails. They called me the following day to tell me the snails were out of stock but they could substitute them for something similar. The individual I spoke with was very nice and easy to discuss everything with him. All in all, everything showed up healthy and about 3 or 4 days earlier than expected. Only thing else I can ask for are free fish...

My current flowerhorn order so far, I think, is the best I ever had. I only buy this kind of fish and all of them were from Petzone. The fish is top notch and so is the customer service. The one that I actually ordered this time apparently got injured prior to shipping it, so they replaced it, and with a better one. I’m impressed. I actually tried buying a top grade flowerhorn baby, it’s a hit or miss. My advice is just get the bigger ones where you can already see some of the nicer features of a good flowerhorn.

All my CPDs arrived nice and healthy. They're showing great color and getting less shy by the day. Really satisfied.

Great shipment. Fish were all alive except one doa. But they sent a few extras so no biggie. Thanks guys.

Unresponsive to emails, purchase stopped for unknown reason. Refund requested, nothing done.

I received my 12 Dwarf Praecox Rainbowfish and 12 Emerald Rasboras in great condition; the packaging was solid and arrived in a timely manner and the fish were in cleaner water than what I've seen from some local fish stores. The fish themselves were immaculate and all adjusted to my tank within a day or so with no losses to date. I would definitely recommend Aquatic Arts to anybody looking for healthy unique fish.

Packaging was great and because it was a live fish, the shipping was quick. That said for the price the fish could have been a bigger. This little guy must have been the smallest you had in stock. I'm surprised it survived the shipping.
