Fish arrived dead

I bought a decent amount of fish and plants online. One of the plants and one of the fish didn't come. I wasn't told I wouldn't be getting them. I contacted them and they refunded me for the missing items, but it was a little odd. One of the other fish died only a few days later, even though all my other fish are fine. I have to assume it was sick. No one responded when I emailed them about it. Meh experience

I ordered the panda loach fish and the shrimps and they arrived safely, healthy and in good condition. Now, they are fattening and very active but still in quarantine, waiting for their own home and good to go. Thank you to the seller and their decision about quarantining and shipping expertise.
