You seem to be out of to many fish.

Do not buy from here. I received 8 fish late. It was due over night, but because of weather it arrived 4 days late. They have not refunded me for my late items. Had to get PayPal involved. Still waiting on an outcome

Great customer service, all fish arrived alive and well. Very helpful hands-on assistance with arranging my weekend delivery. Great selection too!

Brought 2 Freshwater Barracudas, no problems and are doing excellent. Brought 2 more and they were DOA because of shipping delay. Received a credit for the DOA fish and reordered paying for shipping. Fish arrive in excellent condition.

Unfortunately for being a new costumer I was disappointed when i received someone else's order, right away i called the store and i requested the store manager but wasn't around i was told, so i explained what has happened, and a new label was emailed to me to take box of crabs to the USPS the next day which happened early AM, emailed back to let you know that box of crabs was mailed to the buyer (I hope the buyer knows what happened to his crabs) ,really poor communication, up until now Thursday, Feb 2 i have no knowledge of my severum fisf and blood parrots whereabouts...another disappointment, I was drawn by your website and your beautiful fish, my fear is to get stressed fish that have been in plastic bags traveling from one wrong address to another and how long would it take for this transition to end, and eventually my fish will get sick and die,

I put my order in over a week ago thinking it would ship and be here in a few days. Thursday last week they created a shipping label still haven't sent my order. Come Monday I get a call saying they can't ship the orange lobster however the other 2 fish can still ship and theyll send it out that day. I received the money back for the lobster and still over a week later waiting for my other 2 fish at this point I'd just prefer my money back as I'm able to buy the exact fish at my local petshop. I only placed the order for the lobster.

Order was never shipped out, it ended up being canceled. I was told different things by different people but essentially it came down to the fact that they were backed up on orders for a couple of weeks. My main problem was that I reached out a lot of times just to get updates and make sure I understood what was going on, and was either repeatedly told something different or got no response at all. I'm giving the short version but I left this experience feeling unvalued.

I never received my order.
