The fish arrived healthy and active looked fantastic and a great price!

I ordered 2 4-lined pimlodus catfish and 3 large ( 3-4 inch ) iridescent shark catfish . The pims did awesome . The shark cats barely made it . I've gone thru you guys before with no problems so I'm not butt hurt but maybe some aquarium salt in the bag first ? They're fine now . Thanks in advance

Plants were not healthy and arrived very cold. They are just wrapped in newspaper with a small heat pack and no insulation Second time I’ve ordered with the same results.

Ordered 2 black ghost knife. They arrived 2 days later. 3.30.23 .One looked not well. I realize they are normally drugged for shipping. Next morning found dead on the floor of the aquarium. 4.1.23 I emailed, which did not go through. Called Friday, was promised a phone call Saturday. Heard from Noone until I called 4/4. The people that I did get ahold of had very little information to help me. I would have liked to reorder and talk to someone in person. It would have been nice to work something out since I payed over 40 dollars for 2 healthy fish overnighter. Very unhappy. A phone call would have been appreciated. Please take me off your list.
