Fish arrived alive good quality packed well only problem was I was given wrong tracking number at first later after phoning them was given correct one

All my plants was melted and I still haven’t received any replacement

When shipping live fish, you should have the correct shipping already in place. Plus both fish were placed in the same bag depleting there oxygen more quickly. I paid alot of money and still received a DOA.

I ordered a fahaka puffer even with a delay putting the shipment a day late the fish showed up healthy.

The fish came in healthy and happy but he is aggressive so we had to set up a separate tank for him. Beware he will take bites out of his tank mates
