Quick shipping. Great job on the packaging! Plants arrived looking good and healthy. So happy with the product and will definitely purchase some more. Thinking of buying livestock next time!

The FedEx shipping is never overnight. When they change to usps in lithia springs, GA it gets delayed! Probably not too important in summer but I have had live fish not do well in winter due to the delay!!

Not happy at all, only received less then half my order after a month. One plant arrived half dead. Tried calling and no way to get a hold of anyone just an automated message, emailed them and it takes about a day or two sometimes longer to get any response. Then when they do respond, they just say they will let the shipping department know, never received a replacement for the dead plant, never received the other 7 items. Definitely not ordering anything from here again. Luckily I paid with PayPal and was able to get my money back cause after weeks of trying with them I got nothing. Horrible customer service!!
