Missed crab arrived DOA. No response in 48 hrs. Basically I placed 2 orders and those arrived safely albeit the 1st was missing a crab . The 2nd had an additional crab plus shrimp. So I basically paid for my missed one. Correction order missed 1st time was sent by petzone and spent 7 days in shipping instead of 2-3 as my paid orders did. I planned to place another order but I’m not so sure now

I purchased the fish for my mom. The services were great however, the packaging failed to accommodate the fish. When I received the package, water had spilled out causing the fish to be exposed to drying out due to lack of water. Also because of the heat it was warm nearly frying my fish.

I love Donald and Jawnald (My red tail and Silver tip). They arrived fine and seemed healthy, just a little hungry. The only issue I had was the price. It was a little high, but they arrived alive like the guarantee said.

Fish was well packed and arrived healthy. Communication about shipping status was on point and helpful.
