first off bad communication sent several emails about order to finally get one two days later that stated the fish was not in stock and if I'd like a refund. I replied instantly as I saw it that yes I wanted a refund. Here I am 5 days later with still no refund

I ordered online. The store had fish in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else. Shipping was ontime and prices were very reasonable. Two of my 10 fish arrived in poor shape and didnt survive acclimation. Two more died in the next 24 hours.Despite this, due to the low prices and quality of service and the fact that my fish were shipped literally thousands of miles, I found the loss to be acceptable and didn't pursue getting refunded. I will likely order again and recommend Pet Zone.

They were very helpful and honest. The livestock arrived on time and had shipping notifications throughout the order. I will be ordering again from them.

Poor communication throughout. Only received part of my order with no update about the remainder of the the order. Only received 3 of the 4 shrimp I ordered as well.

The fish were healthy and a great size and processed a day sooner than expected even. I would recommend and will order from them again.
