These guys asked us to wait a couple of day bc their fish they had didn’t seem like they were doing well and had some on order along with shipments stress etc... got my fish n all is well... I appreciated their care of the fish and the shipment process etc... rather wait than it be a loss

Really awful customer service. I took a chance and ordered from this company instead of a competitor that I usually order from ( who happens to give very exceptional customer service) because they were a few dollars cheaper. Big mistake. I bought and received a light from this company that was defective. You would think that the first email that I sent regarding the defective merchandise would have been enough to initiate a refund, but no. This email got no response. I have then, since, called twice and been told a return invoice will be sent by end of day-- again, nothing. Unethical business practices-- to send faulty merchandise and then ignore the customers attempts to rectify the situation by getting what they paid for. Buyer beware!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, amazing selection of fish and aquascaping supplies. I placed an order online and picked up in the store. The glass lid that I wanted was not available so they custom made one for me at a reasonable price. They took the time over the phone to answer my many questions before I placed my order online.
