I’ve never ordered fish online before so I was a little skeptical about placing an order, but I’m glad I did. Every one arrived safe, though a little groggy from the trip as expected. I placed them all in their quarantine tanks and within a few hours they are swimming just fine. I originally ordered a black koi, but because of Black Friday they were sold out. I received a call soon after and they were kind enough to deliver a koi of my preference. I’m happy with my purchase and can’t wait to order again.

The arowana was 2” shorter than advertised. I measured. Not a big deal as it will catch-up in a month. What is a big deal as smaller arowana are more difficult to acclimate.

Had an issue with product I had initially ordered being backordered. Quickly contacted me with an offer for an identical replacement, which I was satisfied with... Didn't miss a beat and order shipped and arrived quicker than I intitially expected. A++ Customer service
