I am very pleased with how professional the whole process is handled. From beginning to end. The Customer Service was Fantastic. Even with an unbeknownst hiccup on my part. They were quick to clue me in, let me know exactly what I needed to do & even had my appointment switched w/in the hour. Days before my original appointment even took place. The Therapist was wonderful. He explained how everything works. Made certain I was clearly understanding everything. Informed me of some of the ins & outs that I may not had even registered to pay attention to n my own. Again, Very Pleasant & Very Professional. Thank you for helping those of us who do really rely on our animals being able to be more present in our day to day lives. You've made this procedure to really be user friendly, rather than confusing & stressful. Thank you again PETTABLE. You definitely earned & have my support/recommendation.
