Super friendly
Made an appointment, the license therapist called me within 24 hours, and then sent me my letter within 48 hours of me reaching out to make an appointment. Also sent me a fallow up email since I recently moved and was looking for a new therapist! Super helpful

Take your $$ letter means nothing
Pay to much for a letter that means nothing. I asked if I was getting a letter that would allow me to bring my dog to stores. Received a letter that doesn't state anything. Scam

Very positive experience
I had a wonderful experience during my tele-appointment/consultation with Marie Chacon. She called exactly when expected, and she took the time to be thorough, asking the best questions to get the background information she needed. I would highly recommend pettable.
