Everything went great
Everything went great, I got my phone call when I was supposed to the second time, if you can't remove the spam from your phone calls you won't receive the call that you paid for, but other than that I received the second one on time when they said they were going to call, and most important my landlord accepted my letter,I'm all set to move in,with no fees , thank you Pettable.

I was pleasantly surprised about how…
I was pleasantly surprised about how easy the ESA process was and that 1 phone session with a counselor could cover both my animals. Will be back next year!

Very polite.
The doctor asked about why I needed the ESA and about how my dog helped me. She was very polite and listened to me. Very good experience.

The appointment was scheduled really fast
The appointment was scheduled really fast, and the letter was sent fast too. My therapist was really professional and understanding with my situation and why I need an emotional support pet. Great customer service and I had no problem with the apartment complex manager accepting the ESA letter.
