I was very hesitant about purchasing anything from this shop after checking other customer reviews. However, I recently bought a glass tank (Atasuki branded) from them. The package was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition, weighing 219lbs. I am extremely grateful because it was the first time I received a glass tank in such pristine condition. The price was unbeatable compared to other shops, and they were the only online shop in the US that carries this brand. On top of that they included free shipping. I couldn't ask for more

I wish I read the reviews before buying from this wretched terrible company… my order is traveling all over the world, i don’t think I’ll ever get it. Do NOT DEAL WITH THEM EVER . I regret it so much 😭

Zero stars was not an option. Ordered a medical product for my pet in Nov. Did not receive it until Jan. By Jan. the item was no longer needed. I tried the online return. I called the company 6 times. Only to hear music, and then the phone went dead. I also sent an email to the company asking for help. No reply. 30 days has passed since I have tried to get help, and no response from them. I am out $40.00 with a product I sadly do not need

I really wish I had read reviews of this store before I ordered. Ordered Pretty Bird pellet food for my birds. Received shipping notice. Tracked package and never updated. Sent message after trying g for days to get in touch by phone! Was told that package was replacement was going to be sent in 2 business days, with same tracking. No update. Am turning over to my bank as fraudulent business and going after for maximum penalties. Did not know that my bank could do this, am glad they watch out for customers.

Spent $150 on dog chews. 3 months later nothing. No return call, email or text. It’s as if they don’t even exist.

This company has heavily relationship with Wal Mart…as a Wal Mart vendor myself 30 years, I bought their products to test/none work…it’s indicative of where Wal Mart is going…WOKE /99% Made in China!!!

This is the most despicable company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE. They couldn’t care less about their customers. They won’t acknowledge or respond to your emails. They don’t return phone calls. Call customer service and after 25 mins on hold they prompt you to leave a v-mail. So - they have wasted a half hour of your time and then you are told to leave a v-mail which they will NEVER return. This company SUCKS!

I need a ZERO star!! We ordered 90 dollars worth of jerky for our girls because the company we usually use discontinued it. We have a tracking number that says it is in Maryland. It has been a month. No money back and no jerky. My husband contacted the Better Business Bureau! I would not recommend them for anything! Today,December 3, our order arrived!
