Trying to support a local business in NJ (Petlife). They have great products and prices, but what a shame they are poorly managed. Deceptive marketing, and despite what they advertise they don't value their customers. They provide no customer service - they are unresponsive via phone or email. What a shame!

Waited 3 weeks, and my order hasn't shipped. Contacted customer service for a reason why the order hasn't shipped. One week later I get a reply that they will look into it. I waited a week to receive anymore information. My order still hasn't shipped, and my messages have gone unanswered. My money was stolen 4 weeks ago. I doubt I'll ever see my money again, or see my order shipped. I wish I had looked into this website before I purchased.

Horrible shipping and service. ALL EXCUSES WERE USED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION DISMAL, and SLOW. To top it off, they short shipped me on items. I did receive the refund for the unshipped items. Prospective customers need to be aware of these problems. Use AMAZON or CHEWY for the best service.

I would give a zero review. I ordered Buffalo Jerky, two boxes, over a hundred dollars. It arrived fairly timely this time. Last time it took 6 weeks to get it. This time it arrived but both boxes were filled with worms. Worms were alive. Will not respond after I sent them the photos of the worms in the package.

Ordered a coat for my little dog. The coat is nice enough but the Velcro doesn’t hold at all. I’m having a very difficult time - ordered 2 kinds of Velcro. Need to find someone to sew it on. Glue won’t hold.

Agree with it being a 100% SCAM and wish I had read reviews before buying as well. It's been over a week since I placed my order... NADA. Emailed several times. Called. There is NO customer service. What really angers me is I used SHOP PAY - they are supposed to have high standards I have filed a complaint with them as well to drop this vendor. DO NOT ORDER from Pet Life LLC.

it took over a week for my product to ship and then only because i sent several emails asking why it had not shipped. then when it did they used Amazon shipping and it took another 4 days before the product was picked up. i will never order from them again
