The diffuser product seems to work by calming our two cats. However shipping from overseas is painfully slow and the tracking functionality is useless. I wish they would get their products on Amazon or stock them in the US so they don't take more than a month to arrive.

Ich bestellte. Es tat sich 4 Wochen nix. Sendungsverfolgung nicht wirklich möglich. Nach 3x nerven, würde ein neues Päckchen los geschickt. Das kam 4 Wochen später an Ob es hilft... abwarten. Die Beklebung der Sprühflasche sieht sehr unprofessionell aus

Pet food supposed to arrive 6/18-19. I received a message 6/22 indicating it was just shipped from NJ and would arrive 6/26. I was out of food so I had to go out and buy a bag. Then the shipment arrived 6/23 or early 6/24. I will stick with more reputable sources from now on

Horrible company. I will never order from them again. It took almost 3 weeks to ship my order. I left 2 messages for customer service (they don’t answer the phone) and sent 2 emails. NO RESPONSE. I had no idea if the order would ever ship. There is a reason why they reviews aren’t enabled on their website.
