petlife.comReviews of petlife.com

The reviews were concerning which led me to send some pointed messages to customer service. They responded promptly and shipped my order quickly. Lowest price I’ve ever paid for the item and I’ve been feeding it to my dog for years.

I read a few things about this company, which concern me however I found quite the opposite. They returned all my emails immediately and sent my package, which is exactly what I ordered in a few days. Thank you Patty. You were great.

This company had just the right OEM item I needed for my Eheim canister filter at a good price and reasonable shipping. Item was shipped within a couple of days of ordering & received within a week of my order.

I had a problem with the cat calm diffusers from Petlifebio. When I contacted customer service about it I had a really lovely reply by the next day. They were extremely helpful, courteous and empathetic. I really couldn't fault them at all and my problem was resolved very quickly. I don't understand previous poor reviews as I certainly did not experience that. In fact I would highly recommend this company as I would rate them as excellent.

I purchased cat calm plug in some months ago but the plug was not UK specific so I used the bottles in my old diffuser. Some time later a saw them pop up on Facebook so I commented that I was 😞 to get an unusable plug in my order. They got right back to me and offered a UK plug replacement f.o.c . I agreed to this but when I received a confirming email ,the photo of the plug was the one I already had. I replied, querying this and they replied straight away confirming it was a generic photo and my new one was definitely UK spec. It took a while to arrive but they did warn me of that. Overall, I thought it was good customer service. Now I'm using the right plug, the cat calm does seem to be having an effect.

Products was new and unopened. Expire date of 2027!! They are a little slow to ship, O.K. If you have an issue give them 1-2 days to follow up. They will get with ya. I had a question after I placed my order took em that long to respond. They are real. I will order form them again. Thanks PetLife!

I purchased a few pond parts from Pet Life before I saw reviews online. Now I'm confused by the negative reviews. Why? Because my email questions were answered completely by Pet Life, the items I purchased were delivered quickly, and everything was as desired as far as quality of the items. A very easy 5 star rating.

I'm starting to believe all these negative reviews are possibly just competitors jealous and trying to bash this business! I was an first time customer and everything was completed like clock work very honest, prompt and sincere customer service they provided me all the answers to my questions very quickly and delivery was right on time and fast I'll absolutely use this company for future purposes!
