Pet food supposed to arrive 6/18-19. I received a message 6/22 indicating it was just shipped from NJ and would arrive 6/26. I was out of food so I had to go out and buy a bag. Then the shipment arrived 6/23 or early 6/24. I will stick with more reputable sources from now on

The price of the bird food are very reasonable. The shipment is slow but it is worth it. I was skeptical at first but I am glad I gave them a chance.

I wish I had read the reviews here. It took a month to receive the product that I ordered. I tried to cancel the order after 3 weeks and the email I got back said it was too late as it had been shipped. A week later it did show up. I will never use these guys again! Ordered April 17 Deliverd May 10

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. I DISPUTED WITH PAYPAL AND I'M SURE THEY WILL CREDIT ME BUT WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW MUCH MONEY "PET LIFE, LLC" TAKES IN EACH DAY JUST TO POCKET IT - THEY ARE 100% A SCAM WEBSITE.

This Company is a scam. Only shipped 2 of my 6 items ordered. They do not respond to phone calls or contact thru their website. Fortunately I paid using AMEX, and have filed a complaint with them.

After what I read about this company had me worried, but they came through! It took a little bit longer than I had expected and usps messed up on there end. But for the price and the fact nobody else had the item and the ones that did wanted 3 times the amount for it. Everything I emailed Petlife.com they responded and kept me informed!! Will I order from the again? Yes I will. There not like Amazon next day delivery, but Amazon didn't have what I wanted!! For the price it was worth the wait!

Scam! Took money and never received package. They blame it on Amazon. I didn’t order on Amazon so I can’t hold Amazon responsible! Talking to a person is impossible. Numerous calls and voice mails. No returned call. Just a generic email stating Amazon is the courier???

Order placed - appears in stock, not shipped after 2 days - requested cancellation - no update - phone number goes to text generated voicemail box (not a real voice) - sketchy!
