Water fountain is great!
EODtech
I like the different items that I have with the AI cameras built in. What i do not like is that in order to use some of the more helpful features of them I have to pay for a subscription. I was not completely against doing that since those features would be helpful. What I do not like is that there is not a subscription for all devices. All their subscriptions are for each device! I have 2 different litter boxes, a water fountain and a feeder all with the AI feature and if i wanted the top subscription for them I would have to pay over $400 a year extra! I am looking at other companies that will bundle all their devices into one subscription so that i can return the petkit ones. It’s a shame because i really do like their products. Just do not like they are trying to price gouge their customers.

Hi Jason, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We completely understand your concern regarding having to manage separate subscriptions for multiple devices. We're pleased to share that a multi-device subscription plan is currently in development and will be available soon. We hope this will provide a more convenient and cost-effective option for customers with multiple PETKIT devices. They have yet to mail the product I ordered and this is after I contacted them prior. Is this a trustworthy company or scam.

The processing of the vlog video keeps freezing and kicking me out of the app. The fountain keeps saying week signal when there is a wifi satellite that is roughly 15' away in the same area (Kitchen). Everything else in the area has great wifi coverage EXCEPT the fountain. Perhaps a better wifi module is needed.

I love the Petkit automatic cleaning litter boxes! I also like subscribing to the refill products. Hassle free and no more cleaning litter boxes every day. We have 3 cats so it was always more than just a daily chore. It was daily x 3!
