Device works as advertised. Outbound data only goes to China. I would expect some US connection. Otherwise it’s a great device.

Have trouble with it getting stuck in “empty” position. Also dealing with learning to reset after loading litter and cleaning. The outside gets contaminated.

Feeder is working great just can’t seem to get the alarms to sound when it is dispensing food. Not sure if they work when food is low or out of food.

I think the Pro Max 2 is great. One of my cats uses it with no hesitation, however the other really doesn't like it but uses it anyway. Unfortunatly, I do have some issues. The inside of the drum is not as large as I expected. My cats are about 11 lbs each and find it very cramped. My largest cat has even peed and pooped on the outside of the opening. I also, don't like that the camera app doesn't seem to record 24hrs a day. I only get picks in the morning hours but I know that they use the box more often due to the amount of waste. Not sure what to think of that. I'm still in my 30 day window on the app and may just choose to not renew it. Otherwise, the box works perfectly as advertised. Deodorizes well, cleans well, looks aesthetically pleasing, I even got the ramp which also helps cut down with litter on the floor, which there is practically none.

Fast turn around time. To improve I would recommend sending a coupon for a future order because after buying the litter box I am on the fence of adding the feeder and water fountain. A nice sized coupon could significantly sway that decision as an appreciation of buying such a large item and continuing to other products.
