PETKITReviews of petkit.com

I have been a fan of your products for a while. I own two cat fountains and have noticed how much better they are than the competition.

Customer service was very, very helpful on on my order

Good product

got the pura max litter box and it works my cat took to it right away

Love their products. Always happy with my purchases. App is good even with the basic free level. Really big fan of their brand and hope they keep making quality products. I don't mind spending more money when I know I'm getting something worth it.

Petkit scoop litter and notify when I full for replace bag. Down load app to cell phone, notify pet uses and weight of pet.

As with many things purchased online, we did not have any interaction with the company, so I have no first hand knowledge of there customer service. When we ordered, they quickly filled it and got it to Fedex for delivery. This is the second PETKIT product we have purchased. We have the cat food dispenser which we are very pleased with. Easy to set up and monitor even when we are not at home. The second item is the water bowl that is well made with both plastic and stainless steel insert that is the water reservoir. It has a replaceable filter and the water is moving which our cats prefer, in the middle of the drinking dish. We would recommend these products to anyone.

I purchase all petkit products as they are well made and last along time without any issues.
