The Petmax 2 works very well. And it helps lessen the load of daily scooping.

Excellent customer service I’ve been extremely impressed with PETKIT’s customer service. I needed to make several changes to my order, including switching the feeder I had originally selected, adding another product, and applying a welcome discount. Their support team was patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to update my existing order, add the EverSweet Ultra with Camera, apply my discount, and make sure everything was correct before proceeding with shipment. I really appreciated that they took the time to work with me rather than making the process difficult. My order has now shipped, and I’m excited to receive everything. I haven’t had enough time with the products yet to review their performance, but based on my experience with PETKIT’s customer service so far, I’m very impressed.

I'm having an issue with my puramax litter robot. I called their customer service number. They called me back a few hours later. All the guy said on the phone was to email support. I then asked if there was anything they could do to help me, like troubleshooting. The guy on the phone then started yelling at me saying "I am helping you I'm telling you to email support!" and yelled that 2 more times and then hung up. Honestly, not a great representation of this company that sells high end products.

Dear Jared, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with our support team. This is not the level of service we expect to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the way the conversation was handled. We’ve shared your feedback internally for review and will use it to improve our customer service and communication. We’d also like the opportunity to properly assist with your PuraMax. Please contact us through the 24/7 Live Chat in the PETKIT App, or reply to our support team’s email if you’ve already been contacted. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry again for the frustration caused. – The PETKIT Team

The app needs work. It keeps losing connection with the internet even when it’s on and the shared family simply does not work. We tried for an hour yesterday to add people but to no avail. Still when it runs I love it. No smell! And don’t have to clean everything out twice a day.

I placed the order with Shop and realized I didn't choose the subscription option for the discount. I called the petkit number and was told in order to address the issue I would need to send an email. What is the point of having a phone number if you're only going to redirect to email. I'm now questioning if this is a company I should continue to use.
Response from PETKITAug 18, 2026
Dear Leslie, We’re sorry for the confusion and inconvenience regarding your recent order. Since the order has already been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to modify it or apply the subscription discount retroactively. We understand this was disappointing, and we’re sorry that our support process did not provide the experience you expected. For future purchases, you can select the subscription option when placing your order to enjoy the applicable subscription discount. Thank you for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to clarify. – The PETKIT Team
