Good products, BEWARE OF BAD SUPPORT!

PetKit was some wonderful innovative products with the cat's well being and pet owner in mind when developing products. But if the product is damaged and / or defective they have THE WORST SUPPORT! The first occasion was a brand-new cat fountain that had a defective pump. After over a month of back and forth emails they finally agreed to exchange the newly bought fountain AFTER I REQUESTED A STARAIGHT RETURN AND REFUND OF THE PRODUCT. Fast forward to today, August 2026. A screw broke off in another new product. PetKit support told me to try and pick out the jammed screw with tweezers, and requested pictures. Then they insisted on sending back only the defective part of the unit. I ended up sending the complete unit as it was DEFECTIVE! After they received the unit (thank goodness for package tracking) it is now one whole week with no new replacement, and no updates. After they even made A POINT that the unit has to be received by them BEFORE they ship out the new replacement! History has shown us that Companies that cannot stand by their products eventually end up going out of business. With many other quality options now available, I plan on just taking my business elsewhere. There will not be a third time of having issues with me!

Dear Brian, We’re truly sorry that your recent experiences with our after-sales service have fallen short, especially as a long-time PETKIT customer who has supported us through many purchases. We sincerely appreciate your continued trust, and we’re very sorry that these two cases have caused you so much frustration. We’ve checked your case with our support team and can confirm that your replacement package was shipped today and is now on its way to you. We understand that receiving the replacement is what matters, and we’re sorry that you’ve had to wait and follow up throughout this process. Your feedback has also prompted us to review our customer service processes internally. We’re taking your concerns seriously and will use this experience to improve our after-sales procedures and communication, with the goal of providing a better and more consistent service experience going forward. Thank you again for your continued support and for giving us the opportunity to make this right. – The PETKIT Team

PETKIT products are excellent.
The purchases I have made from PETKIT are beautifully designed and of the highest quality. The time from order to doorstep was excellent. My kittens arrive shortly and if the litter boxes and water fountains work as beautifully as they look, I feel very fortunate indeed. Time will tell. I love the clever toys as part of the package.

Cat will not drink from water bowl
Cat will not drink from water bowl. Drinking area is too shallow and not enough water. Cat can not drink water Without touching aluminum dish. Device does not accurately report when cat is near bowl being curious. Can not remotely connect via Wi-Fi even though it is connected to another supported remote PETKIT food feeder device. Replacing device with a plain water bowl. Device going in garbage and was a waste of money.
