Who would line a kitty litter box with a cotton material? Who designed this piece of $600.00 product? It looks good online but they don't tell you the bottom of the kitty litter is lined with cotton material. smelly cotton material...then they expect you to wash it out once a week. You can't wait a week..the urine smell is so bad. It's heavy inconvenient and gross to have to wash and bleach it. Horrible product. Don't waste your money. They don't even offer compensation. Ordered 2 items - Pura Max and Dustproof curtain. Curtain posted via Royal Mail to a different city/country and Pura via DPD list at sorting facility. Unable to reach customer service via phone and no replies to emails. The automatic reply when a ticket raised askes to set a password to access for updates but the doesn’t work and when you request to reset the password, no email with link sent. Awful service!! Thinking it’s better to buy item direct but would have been better shopping via likes of Amazon! Avoid shopping here.

After requesting a cancellation, my order was sent anyway, and then when it was finally cancelled, I was forced to pay $550 for shipping from Germany to Sweden, which normally costs something like $40. I was not refunded the shipping, and did not receive the item. Horrific customer service
