DO NOT BUY THIS! I purchased this box for my cats. I have 3 Maine Coon cats that fall within the weight range the company states the box can accommodate. Upon arrival my cats were nervous of the box. 3 weeks and they never got used to it. In addition, the box is too small for my cats. Now, Petkit refuses to do a return. They said my cats used it, which they did not. And they seem to not care that their products doesn't fit cats they state would. To add insult to injury, they offered a 15euro "compensation" for my inconvenience. Insulting.

Avoid this brand. Bought PetKit Puro Max 2. Mine has leaked urine from the base since day one, and after dozens of emails, photos, and repeated troubleshooting, PetKit didn’t provide any proper solution. The product is poorly designed, and the after-sales service is virtually nonexistent. I would never buy from this brand again and would not recommend it to anyone. Seller: Petkit Europe Order #1065.

The item I needed was not on the website. Customer service did some digging and found what I needed. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new unit and this one was only 2 years old.

PetKit food hoppers have been nice to have to refill and control proportions for 2 totally different size cats and one little dog :) my petkit water fountain needed a new pump so I was happy to get this item within a week or so. Keep up the good work :)

Ordering from the website is easy to do. I have the Eversweet ultra AI fountain and I love it. It is still learning all the cats but it does a pretty good job at identifying them. If it is the only fountain someone has, it does a great job at letting you know who isn't drinking enough, I have other fountains as well, so the info isn't as relevant to me as I know some cats prefer the other fountains. Over all, a very cool cat fountain.
