They were very helpful in putting out an all points bulletin to find our missing cat. She came home on her own, but I have no doubt that their database that the alert was sent out to, would have resulted in her return. Basically, they put her face and chip number out to everyone.

My replacement petkey for my dog went smoothly and very quick. Quality and delivery was very quick and new chip was perfect. I was leaving for a trip and suddenly realized it was not around her neck. I panicked of course because I was leaving in a few days but they delivered early enough for me to relax on my trip. Traveling with a service animal is stressful enough so when my Petkey arrived in plenty of time before I was to leave was a true stress reliever. I will pay closer attention to all her tags around her neck. Also will order another in case this happens again.
