installed the petkey smart door last weekend and my cats figured it out in a day, app setup was easy

I named my cat Jabez after the man in the Bible ( 1 Chronicles 4:9–10). I had never really heard of him aside from black preachers and I fell in love with the song of Jabez ("bless me indeed"), a decade before I ever adopted this cat. Wonderfully enough when I adopted him he was the only black kitten in the litter and I recalled the name JABEZ and so he was named ..... The Lord said not to mourn the dead like those without hope, how hypocritical I can feel for being grieved at the loss of my cat who is missing for over a year now...I don't care how crazy I sound all things are possible through Jesus and I believe God has him. Even translated him up. He said ANYTHING we ask God in Jesus name, He will do. The spirit of an animal goes down to the earth the Bible says, I have prayed that on the last day not one spirit of an animal will be left, but fully alive with those of us who are saved and with Christ in paradise forever. "With God all things are possible ". This is the truth that keeps me from crying myself to death over not knowing where my beloved cat is. I give this company full stars and praise, because I know the Lord knows every person who works here and isn't willing any should perish, but that all should come to repentance and be saved (if they haven't called on Jesus yet). So I post this and ask that this review is a start of miracles and blessings on the people who are employed at Petkey, the people that use their services and again I have asked the Lord to raise up all the pets and animals from death on the last day, (or to translate them up if needed). All life belongs to Him and He isn't an evil God. In Jesus name let this company be blessed and let us not mourn like those without hope.

Joseph is the man. He has went beyond expectations, I could not S for a better person to deal with. Getting my dog back then. Joseph, that man is a great guy. It's not up to me, but if it was up to me, I would give him a raise because he is top notch with my book. HES THAT DUDE!!

SITE IS A SCAM IT WORKS TO TAKE YOUR $200+. THEN NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT I CANT EVEN LOG IN I DONT FEEL LIKE MY PET CAN BE RECOVERED BY THIS SITE PETKEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT CONTACT RIGHT BACK THE RECOVERY STILL WONT WORK wrong you only refunded 1/3 of the money i spent on this scam sill out $167 to register this junk and out the $92 dollars at the vet to get this junk put in my puppy what a truly awful and scam of a site shame shame taking advantage of people that o9nly want to protect their dog i will make sure everyone i know that has a dog to never use this SCAM site nothing like pissing away $200+ dollars i could use on my new pup

Highly recommend Petkey for sending out info right away and for the peace of my mind it' gives knowing that other people see the info.

Joseph and all the Petkey staff were amazing. They contacted me immediately after receiving word that Ringo, my white Pomeranian, was lost. Iris was great to talk with and explained things and listened to my story about getting Austin a 10 mos old German Sheperd from Barb's Dog Resue here in Rocky Point Mexico. He is my 4th German Sheperd rescue and they are the best family members ever. Iris was patient and great to work with. I had a unique situation... my adopted dog was an abuse case and taken to rescue by the cops. The former owner was unwilling to cooperate with a transfer. By working with Iris and sending in all my adoption paperwork from the rescue, we were able prove I am now the legal owner and get the chip transferred to me. And my dog is now safe and happy!
