Hello, We want you to be 100% satisfied with your pet's protection. I see that you did register online with us and then we spoke with you and it sounds like maybe you believe you should have a free registration with another company but you were not sure which one so you decided to register with us so your pet would be registered. I researched the microchip you provided in the universal lookup and there is still no other registration showing for that microchip besides the one you created with us. If you had already registered your pet with another company we would be more then happy to help you figure that out and refund the registration you created with us. We just want to be sure that your pet is registered just in case something were to happen.

Hello, It looks like we have been in contact with you earlier today by email and the address that was provided when the tag was ordered was not correct so the tag was initially sent to the wrong address but we are getting a new one personalized and in the mail to you right away. Thank you.
