Got my dog microchipped recently and was looking around at different services and what they offered. The guy I talked to at Petkey, Deven, explained everything to me in depth so I knew what my options were.

It was just a chat.

We were not made aware of the fact that we would have to pay a fee to get our dog registered. So that way a shock. We would like to know how to look up the information to make sure we are her registered owners.

My rescue Benji came with Petkey microchip, I just had to pay to activate it. I really can't review it as Benji hasn't been list and I hope we never need to use it. I did buy a name/info tag for his collar and his harness, so people could call if he's found without having to scan a chip.

Recently got our 1 year old, you made it easy for me to update her information. Thank you.

The website and registration was very thorough. If my puppy ever gets lost, I would think that the information on her, would help to get her home. I was surprised that I had to pay to register this dog, because I've never had to in the past. It was an unexpected fee on top of my vet bills.

Easy to use service. Only thing I found not so easy is each time I log in it says I haven't completed my profile information but this could be user error. I hadn't figured out how to save this information pertinently instead of each time I log in.

Thankfully I have not had to use your program to recover a beloved pet BUT the company is a joy to work with!
