You're so goodI ordered my personal ID tag (and registered my pup)for $60 +$ on December 27th...today is January 19th and still have not received it. Can't really give a great review. Is my pup even registered??

Hello, I was able to get with the Postal Service to ask for help in tracking your package and it appears they did lose it and failed to notify us of this. I apologize for the delay and have issued a new tag for Chloe Bell right away as well as a refund. She is fully registered for a lifetime.

I am very happy with the quality of support provided when I called in after finding an abandoned dog who was chipped. They showed an unwavering commitment to finding the dogs owners and once the animal went unclaimed, assured that the transfer was well documented and all data on the chip was up to date. I feel very comfortable knowing that my dog is chipped and on record with PetKey!

I purchased Petkey do to the fact that my vet stated the he or anyone else would not be able to ID my dog unless it was in a enrolled registered program to tell who the owner is.

I haven't dealt with anyone just an e-mail and purchase. maybe yall should be rating the customers and thanking them in a reward sort of way. like pertinent and USEFUL coupons for, PetSmart, that don't have ANY restrictions on them as to which brand or product we can purchase

Hello, Our records indicate that while you did register Buddie for a lifetime you didn't select any products that would have been shipped to you. Your registration is always available via the online portal you setup or you can always reach us to make updates as well at 866-699-3463.
